Renaissance (Christian Volckman, 2006).
Idea:
1. The golden ratio spiral. This depicts the name of the film. And, as was evident, the film basically had two renaissance occurrences (according to me). One, when immortality, I mean, the key to immortality is discovered, twice, and two, when that key is destroyed. Two transitions.
2. The poster depicts the second renaissance more prominently. The colored lines and doodles represent the drawings of the brother of the doctor, on whom the immortality thing was tested. He wants to come out of it, that immortality. Hence, he circles his life, so that it ends, and doesn't go on forever (like the golden ratio spiral, which is infinite).
3. The dots that make the golden ratio spiral, reduce in opacity after a point (the dot on which the circle is completed). That shows that from that point the immortality thing was destroyed forever (lesser opacity means disabling). Life was circled again as the officer kills Ilona.
4. The text was first written with the dots that represent the first renaissance. Then, it was overshadowed by the colored writing. That goes on to mean that, the immortality key was destroyed. The colors of life were back.
